Property Accessibility Statement:
My property is listed on the historic registry or was built prior to 1992. I have not worked with an accessibility expert to identify which ADA features I am required to provide, nor have I filed a report with the state.
Parking & Loading Zone:
- Accessible Parking Space: Includes 1 marked accessible parking space located on a level surface close to the entrance for convenient guest access.
- Accessible Route: Provides a level path/route from the parking area to the entrance, accessible without steps.
Exterior Routes:
- Accessible Ramp to Accessible Guest Room: Includes an exterior accessible ramp providing a step-free path directly to the ADA guest room entrance.
- Level/Smooth Walkways: Provides paved and level exterior paths connecting key accessible areas without abrupt level changes or steps.
Building Entrances & Lobby:
- Wheelchair-Accessible First Floor: The entire ground/first floor public layout, including main public areas, is fully wheelchair accessible without interior steps.
- Alternative Ground-Level Entrances: Features two step-free side entrances on either side of the building that provide level exterior-to-interior access directly onto the first floor for guests utilizing mobility devices.
Interior Routes:
- Wheelchair-Accessible First-Floor Common Areas: The main interior hallways on the first floor are level and wide enough to fully accommodate wheelchairs.
- Accessible Dining, Kitchen & Living Room: Provides step-free, wheelchair-accessible routes connecting to the main living room, guest dining area, and kitchen.
Public/Common Use Restrooms:
- Outdoor Restroom Availability: Includes one public/common-use restroom located outdoors in the pool area.
Interior Signs:
- Standard Door/Room Identification: Standard printed room numbers or labels are provided for guest identification.
Food Service Areas:
- Wheelchair-Accessible Dining Area: The main guest dining area is located on the first floor with step-free, wheelchair-accessible pathways and adaptable seating arrangements.
- Staff Assistance / Concierge: On-site staff/concierge are available to assist guests with seating, navigating food service options, and accommodating special requests or service needs.

- Wheelchair Ramp & Direct Access: Features an accessible ramp providing step-free, wheelchair-accessible routing from the designated parking area directly to the room entrance.
- Accessible Doorways & Entry: Built with wide, accessible doorways to accommodate wheelchair navigation easily.
- ADA-Compliant Bathroom & Roll-In Shower: Includes a fully accessible bathroom equipped with a roll-in shower.
- Full Property Accessible Room Coverage: Only 1 of the property's guest rooms is built/equipped for full wheelchair/ADA accessibility; all other guest rooms are non-ADA compliant.
- Closed-Caption/Visual Emergency Alarms: Hearing-accessible visual alert devices (such as visual fire alarms, strobe lights, or doorbell transmitters) are not standard features installed in the room.
