Strictly suitable for guests 21 years of age and older, Candlelight Inn Napa Valley is designed as a romantic, tranquil alternative to hotels in Napa, CA.

Standard check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact us in advance, so we can provide seamless late arrival instructions.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A $100 temporary hold for security and incidentals will be placed on your credit card upon check-in.

A deposit equal to 50% of your total stay (including taxes) will be collected at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance will be charged upon check-in.

• 14+ Days' Notice: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your scheduled 3:00 PM check-in date will receive a 100% full refund of your deposit with no cancellation or administrative fees.

• Within 14 Days: Cancellations or modifications made 14 days or less prior to your arrival date are non-refundable and will result in a full charge for the reserved stay. If we are able to successfully rebook your room for the exact dates, a refund will be issued minus the $25 administrative fee.

• Early Departures & Late Arrivals: No refunds or credits are provided for late arrivals, early departures, or shortened stays.

• No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your reservation without prior notification, your entire deposit and stay balance will be forfeited. Unclaimed rooms will be released 24 hours after your scheduled arrival time.

Enjoy a freshly made, plated three-course gourmet breakfast served daily in our first-floor breakfast room from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

Our outdoor heated pool, located in the backyard garden, is open daily year-round from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (weather permitting). Pool furniture and towels are provided for your relaxation.

We offer complimentary on-site parking for all staying guests, as well as a dedicated Tesla charging stall.

To maintain a quiet environment and accommodate guests with allergies, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Candlelight Inn Napa Valley is a strictly smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, on decks and balconies, and throughout all public indoor and outdoor grounds. A $250 restoration fee will be assessed if smoking occurs on the property.

Open-flame candles are strictly prohibited in all areas of the house and guest rooms. Safe, flame-free battery-operated candles are permitted.

Room rates are subject to local Transient Occupancy Tax (15.195%). All rooms are configured for a maximum occupancy of two adult guests, with the exception of the Creekside Cottage, which can accommodate up to three adults upon request (with an added Twin Murphy Bed fee of $50/night).
